Further, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to Special Resolution
passed by the shareholders of our Company at the Extra- Ordinary General Meeting held on October 28, 2025, and consequently the name of our Company was changed from “Madhuri Exports Private Limited” to “Madhuri Exports Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 01, 2025 pursuant to conversion from Private Limited
